NCWA Constituent Council NCWA, cordially invite you to their 61st Pioneer Women’s Day. As 2022 is the 120th Anniversary of National Council of Women of Victoria (NCWV), the focus will be on Pioneering Women who established Victorian women’s organisations that continue until today.

Guest Speaker
We are delighted to have Keynote Speaker Dr Judith Smart AM , co-author of the history of the NCW Australia, Stirrers with Style, Barbary Clarke descendent of Janet Lady Clarke, and our Member Beverley Kannegiesser who will speak on behalf of the Austral Salon.
Dr Smart will give an overview of the history of Victorian women’s organisations, then a panel of speakers from some of the founding groups of NCWV will talk about their beginnings, achievements and where they are today. We will acknowledge the significance of first nations women leaders to their culture and Victorian society.
There will be a colour party by Girl Guides Victoria and the singing of the National Anthem with the flag-raising.
