It is with great sadness that we report the passing on Saturday 12 March 2022, of NCW NSW esteemed member Mrs Joan Elliston AM.
Even in the last month or so Joan was emailing the NCW NSW with suggestions, ideas and also ‘bouquets’ (particularly for the newsletter/articles). Attached is a copy of the citation prepared for Joan’s nomination as an Honorary Life Vice President of NCW Australia back in 2014.
A lovely “In Memory” has been created by Girl Guides.
The funeral will be held 10am, Friday 25th March 2022 at St James’ Church,173 King Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The service will also be streamed live via the St James’ church website.
