NCWA Submission: Gender Equity and the Multicultural Framework Review Terms of Reference (TOR)
Our recommendations are based upon the professional and lived experience of our members – women who are migrants or the families of past waves of mass or individual migration. We strongly recommend the TOR include a gendered lens specifically focused on achieving equity in the life and experience of women and girls in rural, regional and metropolitan Australia.
